Regulations
Good to know before you ask
Since the 2022 reforms that followed the Surfside collapse, section 553.899 of the Florida Statutes requires milestone inspections of condominium and cooperative buildings of three stories or more, based on their age, and then every ten years. The local building official sends the notice.
Many associations also need a structural integrity reserve study. Compare proposals on scope, schedule and reporting. We do not perform inspections ourselves and do not show prices.
